Earnest Money Deposit

Please be advised it can take up to 6 business days for the EMD funds to be processed and received by our bank using this deposit method. We recommend a wire transfer or a cashier’s check if you plan to close on your property prior to that.

If you choose to proceed, upon completion, you will receive three (3) separate emails from: DeposiTR by ReProTool – no-reply@reprotool.com

1. RECEIPT CONFIRMATION – Confirms you have submitted your earnest money deposit
2. DEPOSIT CONFIRMATION – Confirms the 6 day processing period has started
3. IMPORTANT DATES FOR DEPOSIT – Indicates the date the funds will received by our bank, barring any issues or errors. Note: Funds must be received by our bank in order to close.
